The Standard launches parental leave resources
The Standard has launched Parental Leave Resources, a value-added service developed with PERKY and the Center for Parental Leave Leadership to support employees, managers and employers before, during and after parental leave.
Available to eligible workplace benefits customers, the offering combines leave planning, benefits education, financial wellness, manager guidance, return-to-work resources and coaching. It is designed to support birth, adoptive and foster parents while helping employers improve retention and employee engagement.
The service includes PERKY’s personalized leave planning tool, which provides guidance on state and federal leave programs, income projections, timelines and required next steps, along with financial planning resources. It also includes the Center for Parental Leave Leadership’s RETAIN Coaching Hub, offering planning assessments, manager conversation guides, return-to-work templates, webinars and access to certified coaches.
