On the technology side, the filing describes a suite of online tools for landlords and tenants to manage, finance, and pay security deposits, as well as access credit monitoring features. Additional functionality includes software for agents and brokers to handle enrollment, payments, quoting, and customer data across property and liability insurance.

The filing comes alongside a separate “GREENLIGHT RENT” application, which expands the scope beyond deposits into rent payments, renters insurance, credit evaluation, and tenant screening services.
