ReSource Pro hires CNA’s former COO to lead insurance solutions

Resource Pro appointed Michael Costonis as president of insurance solutions, bringing in a former COO of CNA and longtime Accenture insurance leader.

He will focus on integrating data, workflows, systems, managed services, and AI into a single operating model aimed at improving execution, not just adding tools.
