ReSource Pro completes acquisition of Flow Specialty’s AI technology and team

Resource Pro has acquired the technology, intellectual property, and core team of Flow Specialty , an AI-focused wholesale insurance brokerage.

As part of the deal, Flow Specialty co-founder and CEO Sivan Iram will join ReSource Pro to lead its AI Factory, a dedicated unit focused on developing managed agentic services and solutions for insurance clients.

The transaction brings 10 Flow Specialty employees to ReSource Pro, including co-founders Naor Rosenberg, who will serve as technical lead for the AI Factory, and Amit Ben Natan, who will lead product development for the unit.

Flow Specialty was founded to use AI to automate specialty insurance brokerage workflows. Over four years, the company built what it describes as an AI broker capable of handling quote, bind, and issue workflows end to end. In 2024, Flow’s AI system passed the RPLU certification exam, becoming the first AI system to achieve the designation.
