Zurich UK has partnered with Empathy to integrate post-death support and planning tools into its protection offering.
More than three million life protection customers will receive access to Empathy’s services at no additional cost. Retail Protection customers and employees covered under Corporate Risk policies now have access to care plans, dedicated case managers, and digital tools designed to handle administrative and financial tasks following a death. Access will extend in June to customers diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Later this year, Zurich will roll out LifeVault, a digital platform for storing documents, creating wills, and organizing key personal information. The platform will integrate with Empathy’s services to centralize planning and post-event support.
