Experian adds LV= to Support Hub

Experian announced that LV=  has joined its Support Hub, a service designed to help customers share support needs across multiple organizations.

Support Hub allows individuals to disclose preferences such as communication methods, need for extra time, or assistance during interactions, using a standardized “tell it once” approach. The platform also enables users to share life events that may affect how they manage financial services.

The move is aimed at improving accessibility and engagement, particularly as research cited by Experian found that 73% of disabled individuals delayed contacting essential service providers due to difficult processes.

Support Hub launched in 2023 and already includes organizations such as HSBC UK, Nationwide Building Society, and Monzo.
