Exzeo partners with Tokio Marine Highland to distribute residential flood insurance

Exzeo announced a partnership with Tokio Marine Highland , a subsidiary of Tokio Marine Kiln, to distribute the insurer’s primary residential flood insurance product, TMH2O.

Under the agreement, Exzeo will distribute the flood product through its technology platform. The program covers single and multi family homes, other residential structures, condo units, and renters contents in 42 states.

Coverage limits include up to $1 million for building coverage, $500,000 for contents, and $50,000 for additional living expenses. The product offers deductible options from $500 to $25,000, replacement cost coverage for building and contents, no waiting period, and no coinsurance penalty.

Exzeo said the addition expands the insurance products available on its platform, which already includes homeowners and commercial residential coverage. The company provides technology and operational infrastructure for property and casualty insurers, supporting functions such as quoting, underwriting, policy administration, claims, analytics, and reporting.
