Willis partners with Belfry to launch insurance program for security providers

Willis, a business of WTW , announced a partnership with security industry software platform Belfry and embedded insurance infrastructure provider Kayna  to launch a digital insurance program for security companies.

The program embeds Willis brokered insurance products directly into the Belfry platform using Kayna’s technology, allowing security providers to obtain quotes and purchase coverage within the same system they use to manage scheduling, payroll, billing, and guard operations. 

Kayna’s infrastructure integrates an insurance portal into Belfry’s software and uses operational data from the platform to pre fill forms and support faster quoting. The approach is designed to simplify insurance procurement and reduce administrative work for security firms.

The solution also introduces pay as you go insurance and aims to reduce premium audit risk by aligning coverage with real time operational data. Insurance is often a major cost and administrative burden for security companies, and the integration is intended to address coverage gaps while improving efficiency.

Belfry, founded in 2022, provides an all in one SaaS platform for security operators that includes scheduling, payroll, billing, incident reporting, and guard tracking tools. Kayna, founded in 2021, provides embedded insurance infrastructure that connects carriers, brokers, and vertical SaaS platforms to distribute insurance products to platform users.
