WTW launches generative AI tool for compensation analysis

WTW has launched Rewards AI, a generative AI-enabled tool designed to help HR and compensation teams analyze and act on rewards data.

The software uses WTW’s proprietary compensation data and allows users to ask questions in natural language through a conversational interface. It delivers tailored insights to support pay decisions, market analysis, and workforce planning.

Rewards AI also includes source traceability for its outputs, allowing users to see how recommendations are generated.
