West Bend promotes two leaders to officer team

West Bend Insurance Company  has promoted John Piechowski and Maggie Treml to its officer team.

Piechowski was named assistant vice president of marketing and customer experience. He joined West Bend in 2023 as director of customer experience and most recently served as director of marketing and customer experience.

Treml was promoted to assistant vice president of enterprise risk and strategy. She joined the company in 2017 as a senior internal auditor and most recently led enterprise risk management.

In their expanded roles, both will continue leading their respective functions while taking on broader responsibilities tied to West Bend’s strategic priorities and long-term growth.
