Marsh McLennan Agency acquires Robinson & Son

Marsh McLennan Agency  has acquired Robinson & Son, a Hudson Falls, New York based agency specializing in marine insurance.

Founded in 2005, Robinson & Son provides property and casualty coverage to businesses and individuals nationwide, with a focus on the maritime sector. Founder and principal James Robinson and the full team will join Marsh McLennan Agency and continue operating from their current location.

The acquisition adds marine insurance expertise to MMA’s Northeast platform and supports its middle market industry practices.
