OneDigital expands Avante partnership to the East Region

OneDigital has expanded its partnership with Avante , the AI benefits platform behind Carly, into its East Region, offering employers across eighteen states exclusive pricing with savings of up to 80%. The partnership, which began in the West Region, now extends to new and existing clients nationwide. Seattle-based Avante builds AI tools for employee benefits, with Carly simplifying how employees understand and use their health and wellness options.

Carly serves as a digital front door for HR teams, handling more than 70% of benefits questions with automated, accurate responses. By absorbing routine inquiries, the tool reduces administrative load and gives HR teams more time for higher-value work while employees get faster, consistent support.

OneDigital has been using Carly internally since early 2025. In six months, the platform resolved 4,275 inquiries on its own and drafted 1,690 email responses for the benefits team. The company says the automation saved roughly 565 hours of work and allowed staff to focus on complex cases.

With the expansion, OneDigital is integrating Avante’s AI across a broader client base to streamline service and drive efficiency in benefits delivery. Avante says clients in the West have already seen better employee engagement during benefits decisions and more bandwidth for HR teams, outcomes it expects to replicate as the partnership grows.
