OneDigital acquires MP Wired for HR

OneDigital has acquired MP Wired for HR , a Massachusetts-based payroll and human capital management technology firm, as it expands deeper into HR and workforce services.

MP brings a 93-person team serving more than 2,300 clients, with a focus on payroll, HR tech, compliance, and advisory support. The firm reports a 96% client retention rate and will continue operating with its existing team and platform.

For OneDigital, the deal strengthens its position as a system of record for employers, combining payroll and HR technology with advisory services across benefits, compliance, and workforce strategy.
