Addept launches rent guarantee solution

Addept Insurance Services has launched a rent guarantee and legal expenses product for social housing landlords and local authorities in England and Wales.

Developed with ancillary broker Nice 1, the annual policy includes an optional excess, adjusted claims reporting, and a mediation and rehousing service to help resolve arrears issues.
