CUBE acquires Kodex AI

CUBE has acquired Kodex AI , a Berlin-based startup developing agentic AI tools for compliance and risk management. The deal adds a third pillar to CUBE’s AI strategy: co-worker functionality, where AI operates as a digital colleague embedded in compliance workflows. Kodex AI’s models, built on regulatory data and knowledge graphs, will be integrated into CUBE’s RegPlatform to automate more of the regulatory change process.

The acquisition brings Kodex AI’s Berlin team into CUBE.

CUBE now serves 1,000 customers with a team of over 800 across 20 countries. The company has been backed by Hg since 2024 and has expanded through a series of purchases—including Thomson Reuters’ Global Regulatory Intelligence & Oden, Reg-Room, and Acin—to build a unified compliance and operational risk platform.
