CUBE acquires 4CRisk.ai
CUBE announced the acquisition of Silicon Valley–based RegTech firm 4CRisk.ai , expanding its capabilities in compliance and risk automation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2019, 4CRisk develops AI tools that analyze corporate policies and procedures and map them to regulatory obligations, controls, and risks. Its platform uses specialized language models trained on regulatory content and includes an AI assistant, Ask ARIA, to support compliance analysis.

The acquisition adds corporate compliance capabilities beyond financial regulation, covering areas such as cybersecurity, AI governance, privacy, labor laws, and ESG. Combined with CUBE’s regulatory intelligence and change management tools, the platform will allow customers to move from identifying regulatory changes to assessing their impact on internal policies and controls across the enterprise.
The 4CRisk team, based in the U.S., U.K., and India, will join CUBE. The company now serves more than 1,000 organizations globally across financial services and other regulated industries.
Backed by Hg, the transaction is part of CUBE’s ongoing expansion strategy.
