American Integrity assumes 7,087 Citizens policies

American Integrity has taken on 7,087 policies from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, adding roughly $25.8 million in annualized premium at an average of $3,640 per policy. The November assumption reinforces the carrier’s steady expansion in Florida’s recovering property market.

The move is part of a broader depopulation effort. Across 2024 and 2025, American Integrity has shifted nearly 100,000 Citizens policyholders back into the private market as Florida’s post-2022 reforms continue to reduce litigation, stabilize claims, and improve conditions for private insurers.
