American Integrity launches commercial residential property program

American Integrity has introduced a new Commercial Residential Property Program for Florida’s condominium, townhome, and homeowners associations. The program offers coverage for buildings, common areas, and association-owned property, backed by a reinsurance structure to withstand active hurricane seasons.

This marks American Integrity’s first commercial lines product since going public earlier this year. The company, rated “A” (Exceptional) by Demotech and BBB+ by KBRA, designed the program to meet the state’s unique market needs with flexible coverage and specialized underwriting.
