OneDigital expands PEO footprint with acquisition of T&T Staff Management

OneDigital has acquired T&T Staff Management , an El Paso-based PEO that has operated for more than 30 years. The deal continues OneDigital’s expansion in the PEO sector, placing the firm among the country’s 15 largest PEOs following ten acquisitions since 2022.

T&T Staff brings a 32-person team and a long-standing presence in the West Texas market, where it provides HR, payroll, benefits, safety, and compliance services. The company supports businesses of all sizes with regulatory guidance across OSHA, DOL, IRS, and EEOC requirements.

OneDigital now serves more than 4,000 PEO clients and 75,000 worksite employees nationwide, supported by a team of over 400 PEO specialists. The acquisition follows three other PEO deals announced this year—Human Capital Concepts, Focus HR, and The Applied Companies—as OneDigital scales its employer services platform.
