Guardian and PrismHR announce API integrations

Guardian Life has partnered with PrismHR, a technology provider for professional employer organizations, to introduce two new API connections. The collaboration makes Guardian the first benefits carrier to offer an API through PrismHR.

The new APIs include a Policy API, which automates plan details and rates within PrismHR’s benefits platform to simplify setup and reduce errors, and a Worksite Employee Benefit API, which transfers employee data and benefit changes instantly, cutting setup time from weeks to days while keeping eligibility and billing information up to date.
