Guidewire to acquire ProNavigator

Guidewire has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ProNavigator, a knowledge management platform for the P&C insurance industry.

Founded in 2016, ProNavigator helps insurance organizations centralize, manage, and deliver information to sales, service, underwriting, and agents. The company, which publicly disclosed ~$13.5 million in funding, has 34 insurance companies as clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Once the acquisition is complete, Guidewire will integrate ProNavigator’s insurance-trained intelligence across its platform, delivering “advanced search” and contextual knowledge retrieval capabilities for underwriters, claims adjusters, brokers, agents, and customer service representatives.

The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of Guidewire’s fiscal year 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
