DingGo advances Guidewire integration

Australian motor claims technology company DingGo has completed a proof of concept with Guidewire  and is moving into commercialisation, targeting insurers already using Guidewire’s software.

DingGo joined Guidewire’s PartnerConnect program as a Growth-level technology partner to build an integration for its crash management platform. The platform connects insurers, repairers, and other participants across claim lodgement, repairer allocation, assessment, repair, and resolution.

According to DingGo, the integration will work with Guidewire ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and PolicyCenter through the Guidewire Cloud Platform, allowing insurers to add motor claims tools without replacing their core systems.

The next phase will focus on live insurer implementations. The announcement does not name insurer customers or confirmed deployments.
