Alliant expands Pacific Northwest team with Melissa Koontz

Alliant Insurance Services has added Melissa Koontz as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group, strengthening its Pacific Northwest presence. Based in Spokane, Washington, Koontz will advise national clients on benefits strategies that balance financial goals with workforce needs.

Koontz brings expertise in self-funding, M&A transitions, and complex organizational changes. She joins Alliant from a global brokerage firm and holds dual degrees in accounting and human resources from Gonzaga University, along with the SHRM-SCP designation.
