Salesforce to acquire Apromore

Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Apromore, an Australia-based provider of process intelligence software that helps companies discover, simulate, and optimize their operations.

The deal will integrate Apromore’s process mining and optimization tools into the Salesforce platform, advancing its efforts in agentic process automation. The addition is designed to give Salesforce customers real-time visibility into how processes run across front, middle, and back-office systems and identify areas for improvement.

Apromore’s technology will support Salesforce’s Agentforce initiative by mapping business processes, highlighting automation opportunities, and offering tools for simulation, compliance, and performance measurement. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2026, subject to customary conditions.
