Convex selects DOCOsoft’s claims management system

DOCOsoft , an Irish claims technology provider, announced that Convex Group has selected its new SaaS-based claims management platform, DOCOsoft Vew.

Convex, an international specialty (re)insurer with operations in Bermuda, the UK, and Europe, chose the system following a review of its future claims technology needs. DOCOsoft Vew is a cloud-native platform built on Microsoft Azure, offering real-time oversight, API-first integration, and AI-driven analytics.

The platform is designed to align with Lloyd’s Blueprint Two digital strategy while also meeting international market requirements. DOCOsoft and Convex will work together to configure the system to Convex’s global business operations.
