AIA Australia welcomes new Chief Risk Officer

AIA Australia  has appointed Susan Looi as its new Chief Risk Officer. Looi brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, including leadership roles at ANZ Banking Group, Reinsurance Group of America, and Zurich Insurance Group. She is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute and holds international and executive leadership credentials.

She joins AIA’s executive team to oversee risk management and support the insurer’s vision of making Australia the healthiest and best protected nation.
