Berkley One updates NY collector vehicle coverage

Berkley One  (a Berkley Company) announced that Berkley One Classics, which has insured collector vehicles since 1974, has updated its product in New York with redesigned features and pricing. The refresh lowers base rates for comprehensive and collision coverage, creating savings for new and existing policyholders.

The Collector Vehicle Endorsement now removes the vermin exclusion and introduces Disaster Relocation coverage up to $500 per vehicle (capped at $5,000 per policy). Deductibles and multi-car discounts remain the same. Two new optional endorsements are also available:

• Salvage Value: up to $50,000 for retaining vehicle salvage after a total loss

• One Value: bundled coverage for essentials like car covers, trailering, tools, personal effects, and valuable papers

Collector vehicle insurance from Berkley One Classics is currently available in 28 states, including New York, California, Florida, Texas, and Illinois.
