Slope Software names Tyson Nargassans CEO

Slope Software  has appointed Tyson Nargassans as CEO, marking a new phase of growth for the actuarial modeling platform. Co-founder Andy Smith, who previously served as CEO, will transition to Chief Strategy Officer to focus on product vision and customer engagement.

Nargassans brings two decades of experience scaling B2B SaaS companies and is expected to help position Slope as a leading modern solution for actuaries. The move signals Slope’s intent to grow while staying aligned with the evolving needs of its actuarial user base.

Slope is a team of 17, according to LinkedIn data, reflecting no change in headcount over the past year.
