Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance launches program business in Canada

BHSI announced its entry into the programs market in Canada and named David Tran as Head of Programs, Canada.

David brings more than two decades of experience in underwriting and strategic relationship management to his new role. He was most recently Vice President, National Strategic Relationships at another insurer. In David’s new capacity as Head of Programs for BHSI Canada, he will be responsible for launching and leading program strategies which includes a new national platform that delivers insurance solutions through strategic partnerships with program administrators, MGA’s and broker partners.
