IPG appoints Gary Levenbach as President and Chief Actuary of IAIC

Independence Pet Holdings , part of JAB, has named Gary Levenbach as President and Chief Actuary of its subsidiary, Independence American Insurance Company. Reporting to IPH’s Chief Administrative and Financial Officer Sheit Dhaon, Levenbach will lead risk management and financial strategy for the pet-focused insurer.

Levenbach brings more than 20 years of actuarial and finance experience, including a 15-year tenure at Cigna. His appointment supports IPH’s broader mission to expand its diverse portfolio of pet health brands and insurance offerings across the U.S. and Canada.
