World Insurance acquires Healey & Associates

World Insurance Associates  has acquired Healey & Associates, a Portland-based employee benefits firm specializing in nonprofit clients across New England. Founded in 1982, Healey marks World’s first employee benefits acquisition in Maine and expands its footprint in the region. The deal closed on May 1, 2025.
