New York Life expands AI compliance partnership with Norm Ai

New York Life Insurance is deepening its partnership with Norm Ai , the regulatory AI startup backed by NYL Ventures. The insurer is using Norm’s platform to streamline the compliance review of sales and marketing content, with plans to explore broader legal and regulatory applications.

NYL Ventures invested in Norm Ai before its official launch and is now one of its largest investors. The partnership has already accelerated internal compliance workflows and informed product development at Norm. Two New York Life executives—Chief Compliance Officer Sandi Tillotson and Head of Strategic Capabilities Alex Cook—have joined Norm’s advisory boards.
