Arkel adds landlords product to Acturis platform

Arkel, the fast-growing MGA within the Atec Group, has added its Landlords Let Property insurance product, Premier Let, to the Acturis platform. The move expands Arkel’s broker distribution by making the product available through one of the UK’s leading insurance SaaS providers.

Backed by Axis, Premier Let offers tailored coverage for landlords, including:

• Building Sum Insured up to £1M

• Contents up to £50K

• Malicious Damage and Theft by Tenant up to £5K

• Accidental Damage (select tenant types)

• 30 days unoccupancy

• Alternative Accommodation up to 20% of building sum

• Property Owners Liability up to £2M

With this launch, Premier Let is now available across all major software house platforms, streamlining access for brokers.
