Gallagher partners with Housr

Gallagher has partnered with UK-based student housing platform Housr to offer personal belongings insurance and wellbeing services to university students. This collaboration aims to address financial and mental health challenges faced by students during their academic journey.

Under the partnership, students using Housr’s bill management service will receive complimentary insurance coverage for personal items such as laptops, tablets, TVs, and phones. This coverage protects against theft and damage from incidents like fires and floods. The insurance is provided through Gallagher’s insurer partners and is integrated as a value-added benefit within Housr’s platform.

Additionally, the partnership includes access to wellbeing resources tailored for young adults. These resources encompass support and counseling on mental health, debt management, budgeting, and legal issues related to consumer rights and property. Gallagher facilitates these services through collaborations with specialized third-party providers.
