Equisoft expands Simon Richardson’s role

EquiSoft has expanded Simon Richardson’s role as Vice President, MEA & APAC, to now include oversight of sales and account management across the UK and Europe. The move is part of a broader strategic shift aimed at accelerating regional growth and building on the momentum of solutions like Pension Fusion, which currently serves over 40 clients.

Richardson, who has been with Equisoft since 2014, will continue to lead teams across MEA and APAC while working closely with the UK office in Bath. His expanded mandate reflects rising demand for digital, policy administration, and data management solutions in the UK and European markets.

Equisoft serves over 150 clients in the UK and expects continued growth in the region, particularly as financial institutions seek tools to improve operational efficiency and meet evolving regulatory demands.
