CoStar Group Completes Acquisition of Matterport

CoStar Group has completed its acquisition of Matterport , integrating the 3D digital twin company into its portfolio of real estate marketplaces and data platforms.

The deal aims to expand the use of AI-powered digital twin technology across residential and commercial real estate, enhancing property insights and remote exploration.

Matterport, which has digitized over 14 million spaces globally, will leverage CoStar’s resources to scale its AI and computer vision capabilities.
