AXA XL appoints Simon Rees as CUO

AXA XL  has named Simon Rees as Chief Underwriting Officer, North America Programs, effective April 1, 2025.

Currently serving as Chief Reserving Actuary for the Americas, Rees will report to Tim Whisler, Head of Wholesale Solutions, Americas.

Rees has held key actuarial roles at AXA XL since 2017, including Deputy Chief Actuary and Chief Actuary in the Americas.
