Hub International expands in New Mexico

HUB International has acquired Woods Insurance Service , an independent agency based in Farmington, New Mexico.

The deal bolsters Hub’s capabilities in commercial and personal insurance as well as employee benefits. Woods Insurance Services’ expertise in the oil and gas industry enhances Hub’s Specialty practices.

Lyle Love, President of Woods Insurance Services, along with the agency’s team, will join Hub Southwest. The agency will now operate as Woods Insurance Services, a Hub International company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
