NGL launches dedicated funeral home support service

National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL) has introduced a Funeral Home Support phone line, designed to assist funeral home directors and staff with claims filing, policy inquiries, and other operational needs.

Since its launch in September, the dedicated service has handled thousands of calls, addressing a variety of concerns and receiving positive feedback from users.
