Abacus Life names Robert F. Phillips SVP, investor relations and corporate affairs

Abacus Life  has appointed Robert F. Phillips as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs. With over 30 years of experience in capital markets and investor relations, Phillips will report directly to Jay Jackson, the company’s CEO. In his new role, Phillips will lead investor relations efforts and oversee corporate affairs, focusing on strengthening relationships within the investment community and supporting Abacus Life’s strategic growth initiatives.

Before joining Abacus Life, Phillips held a senior role at Nasdaq, working closely with public companies’ executives and board members. His extensive background also includes roles in institutional trading, brokerage, and investor relations, adding valuable expertise to Abacus Life’s leadership team.
