TruDoc acquires Wellthy Therapeutics

Telehealth and virtual care provider TruDoc has acquired Wellthy Therapeutics , a clinically validated chronic disease management platform. The acquisition heralds TruDoc’s strategic expansion into new markets, including India.

According to the press release, the integration of Wellthy Therapeutics’ behavioral science and digital therapeutic solutions with TruDoc’s virtual and in-home healthcare services ensures “round-the-clock access to high-quality care, tailored treatment plans, and innovative care delivery methods for patients.”
