Tesla launches tire protection

After launching an extended warranty program earlier this year, Tesla is now offering a tire protection plan which covers tire and wheel repairs and replacements caused by typical road hazards.

The plan covers new tires and the wheels they’re mounted on for 12 months following the initial purchase and installation of a new tire from Tesla.

The new offering is currently available to California residents.
