Lemonade announces new board members

Lemonade has announced Deb Schwartz and Dr. Samer Haj-Yehia as its new Board of Directors members, effective immediately, succeeding departing Directors Irina Novoselsky and Silvija Martincevic.

Ms. Schwartz, currently the CFO of H1, brings extensive financial leadership experience, having previously served in significant roles at Cameo and Bustle Digital Group. She holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA/BS from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Haj-Yehia, an accomplished economist and former Group Executive Chairman of Bank Leumi, has a rich background in finance, fintech, and academia. He holds a Ph.D. from MIT and multiple degrees from Hebrew University, including an MBA, LLB, and an MA in Economics.

Both new members are set to bring valuable expertise and insights to Lemonade’s Board, contributing to the company’s growth and innovation.
