Santalucía adds telemedicine service to home insurance
Madrid-based general insurer Santalucía has incorporated (for the first time and for free) a telemedicine service as part of its Home insurance.
This launch responds to the company’s commitment to meet the needs of its customers, developing new products that adapt to the current COVID-19 scenario and responding to the new realities and expectations of customers. The company opted once again for technology and digitization, continuing with their Digital Transformation Master Plan, to facilitate their work and offer the best services to their clients.
From now on, new Santalucía clients who take out Eficaz, Completo and Premium insurance will not only have any type of need that their homes require covered and that are included in their policies but also the policyholder and up to four family members who live in the house, will be able to clarify doubts about their health and consult with medical professionals (family doctor, psychologists…) 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
