Zurich UK appoints Paul Norcott as UK operations director

Zurich UK has appointed Paul Norcott as UK Operations Director, with immediate effect, and named him to the UK Executive Committee. In the role, Norcott will oversee operations, information governance, financial crime, business and supplier resilience, and customer operations.

Norcott joined Zurich in 2024 and brings senior leadership experience from across financial services, including roles at Tesco Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, The Co-operative Bank, Barclaycard, Bank of America, and American Express. The appointment strengthens Zurich UK’s focus on operational resilience, governance, and customer service.
