Zurich Germany enables legal chat via Messenger
Zurich Group Germany is now offering customers legal advice via Messenger – free of charge, without a time limit, and with no deductible.
- The ‘lawyer chat’ is offered on zurich.de and on da-direkt.de for customers with legal protection insurance
- Lawyers can be reached Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The offer complements existing assistance services from Zurich and DA Direkt for legal protection customers. In addition to digital advice, customers can still use the telephone lawyer hotline. Last, the information in the chat is legally binding.
“As a customer-oriented insurer, we are continuously expanding our assistance services. In the area of legal protection insurance, we are now offering our customers digital legal advice that can be reached quickly and on the move and is still legally binding. With the lawyer chat we create another important ‘touchpoint’ for our clients. The assistance services are an important addition to pure insurance protection – this applies particularly to support via digital channels.” – Alexander Bernert, Head of Market Management at Zurich Group Germany.
