Zurich backs Onsi

Zurich has made a strategic investment in Onsi , a UK-based startup founded in 2019. The equity investment amount remains undisclosed.

Formerly known as Collective, Onsi enables companies to provide insurance and benefits to their independent workers. Their offerings include sick pay, accident and injury insurance, wellness programs, financial and educational support, and access to a perks marketplace. The company has a team of 50 employees and has raised a total of $22.6 million to date.

This collaboration allows Zurich to adopt a digital and human-first approach to employee benefits for its customers and partners.
