Zurich adds digital cards & travel alerts

Zurich introduced two new digital features in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia as part of its Zurich Edge proposition.

Customers now have access to Digital Wallet Policy Cards, developed with Miss Moneypenny Technologies, that integrate with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet to store policy details, emergency contacts, and claims links, with the ability to share via QR codes and receive real-time updates.

Zurich also launched Travel Alerts, powered by Riskline, delivering pre-trip advice and real-time safety updates by email to help travellers stay informed and confident without requiring extra apps. Both features are available through Zurich’s Edge Platform and will expand across APAC in the coming months.
