Zavvie raises $3.65 million
Real estate startup zavvie announced the completion of a $3.65 million funding round led by Second Century Ventures, the startup incubator backed by the National Association of Realtors.
Founded in 2015, the Boulder-based company offers real estate brokerages customized marketplaces for buying and selling solutions. The idea is to enable brokers to present a variety of services and products for homebuyers. Some of these include listing services, buying before selling, and home warranties.
Zavvie claims to have relationships with several local and regional brokerage firms, including Windermere Real Estate, Kentwood Real Estate – a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate, Helen Adams Realty, and Crye-Leike Real Estate Services.
Last year, it expanded its brokerage marketplace, adding buyer services from Divvy Homes, Feeasy, Flyhomes for Agents (now Sailbridge), HALO, Homeward, Knock, Landis, Ribbon, and home warranty startup Super.
