Zagg introduces phone protection plan

Zagg, the company known for phone cases and screen protectors, has launched a new phone protection plan.

Dubbed ZAGG Protect, the coverage costs ~$100 per year and it comes with a $49 deductible. The plan covers drops, spills, cracked screens and more and users can submit up to two accidental damage claims per 12 month period.

The protection plan doesn’t offer coverage against loss or theft and it has another caveat – the screen protector and/or product case must be used at all times to use this coverage.

The plan is offered by Safeware , a subsidiary of One80 Intermediaries.
